Michael is a somewhat atypical agent, in that he doesn't put a lot of spin on things and try to wow you with his enthusiasm, like so manz other agents. He is quieter but still works hard to get the job done. He took care of our interest to his best ability and got our house sold quickly, not quite at the price we wanted, but that is probably more to do with the market than his skills. He certainly was willing to help out with everything.
