Michael is a very good agent, he works very efficiently. Still remember that day after I saw 6 Wendo place came to the market, I called him to book an inspection on Friday, which is only 2 days notice to tenants. He said, 'I am afraid we can arrange one inspection this Friday, due to we need give notice and get the agreement with tenants. But I will try my best and will back to you when I get the agreement for the earliest inspection.'. One hour later, I got a message from Michael, the inspection is arranged on Friday afternoon. During the time for applying my loan, CBA bank asked me for one rental appraisal. I called Michael for help. He said, 'It is not a problem, I can make one for you. But I am out of my office right now, I will make one this afternoon as soon as I back to office. Same day! I've sent the appraisal to the bank staff.

Michael has always acted totally professionally during the sales of the two properties I have so far listed with him. He always contacts me regularly to let me know what's happening. And he is a very friendly, approachable guy who doesn't try to 'hard sell' or pressure you into anything.
