Michael is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. He is super efficient, has an outstanding knowlege of the property market and is a great communicator. I have both sold and purchased properties through Michael and my experience in both occasions have been second to none. Michael always makes time to speak to you or get back to you straight away despite his busy schedule and is extremely pleasant to deal with.
Michael was very responsive, informative and thorough. He found a buyer within hours of the property being listed and did his upmost to get the property sold. Would absolutely recommend his service.
Michael always answers his phone and always on time for appointments. He has best interests on your property whether buying or selling. I can totally trust his professional opinion on market value of the property. I highly recommend him as your agent for both buying or selling.
See the review on Michael Skuse , says it all , had my place sold in a week , with an unconditional contract , excellent work . 10 out of 10 . Had my property listed with another Realestate company for three months , in that time they did not do one open house, showed only three lots of potential buyers through , so when their exclusive agency ran out , I signed with Michael Skuse, from Raine and Horne, he had a photographer there on Monday , put the photographs on the Realestate Web pages on Wednesday and organised an open house for Saturday , had it sold on Friday, with an unconditional contract, so had to cancel the open house for Saturday , All in the first week.
Although the internet has changed how Real Estate Agents do business over the years, Michael has expertise in listening and then matching people with the houses they are hoping to buy. He's also willing to do whatever it takes to overcome challenges that aren't his direct responsibility in order to help people get what they want in the timeframe that is necessary. I have already recommended him to others who may be in the market to buy or sell in the Innisfail area.
I am glad l decided to list my home with Raine&Horne in Innisfail. Michael's cool & calm demeanour, l found re-assuring, at a very highly stressful and overwhelming time. His consideration and no nonsense approach and wealth of experience, was very professional with a nice twist of empathy and certainly very much appreciated. My sale went smoothly, fairly and as well as could be hoped for...kind regards T
Micheal was very easy to deal with and sold it within 2 weeks would use him again.
Michael did a great job selling our property recently. He found a buyer, negotiated a great deal and did so in a record time. We feel that Michael went above and beyond to assist us and we were always well informed of everything that was happening. We would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell their property - he will work hard to get you your desired outcome!
I am glad to have Michael skuse selling my home for me he's very capable person to do business with. Would definitely recommend.
Very helpful with organising repairs to property prior to market to assist in obtaining the best outcome with the sale.
Took over the contract from a previous agent who had the property listed for almost a year. Michael was able to sell the property in a couple of months.
