Had my property listed with another Realestate company for three months , in that time they did not do one open house, showed only three lots of potential buyers through , so when their exclusive agency ran out , I signed with Michael Skuse, from Raine and Horne, he had a photographer there on Monday , put the photographs on the Realestate Web pages on Wednesday and organised an open house for Saturday , had it sold on Friday, with an unconditional contract, so had to cancel the open house for Saturday , All in the first week.

Although the internet has changed how Real Estate Agents do business over the years, Michael has expertise in listening and then matching people with the houses they are hoping to buy. He's also willing to do whatever it takes to overcome challenges that aren't his direct responsibility in order to help people get what they want in the timeframe that is necessary. I have already recommended him to others who may be in the market to buy or sell in the Innisfail area.
