I would highly recommend Michael Skuse if you want to actualy sell your house. I found Michael to be honest and straightforward, when a contract fell through he just said dont worry we will sell it to somebody else. Then he did just that and for more than tbe original contract. I would definitely recommend him to anyone either buying or selling in the area. Matthew McGee

It was a pleasure working with Michael on the sale of our late mother's home. He was sensitive to our situation and could see the connection we had with our home of 48 years. His extensive knowledge of the area and good advice resulted in a swift sale and outcome that we all were happy with. As we were selling remotely, Michael took care of everything and helped us navigate a few hurdles with ease giving us peace of mind and less stress in a highly emotional time for our family. If you need to sell your property, I highly recommend putting your trust in Michael and his team. They are brilliant, motivated and a caring team that will go above and beyond to help you get the best outcome.
Michael kept me updated on how things were travelling with the home and his recommendations to assist with the sale were on the money’. He worked smoothly through the few hiccups that occurred during settlement. His assistance through the preparation and presentation of the home was invaluable.
