Excellent negotiator with excellent service and knowledge of the local market. Works very hard to sell property and obtain the right price. Sometimes he can get a bit snappy and abrupt but I suppose with all the hours he puts in he has to be forgiven. I am more than happy with the sale and purchase of my property with Michael.
Michael Smart had looked at our Home and valued it twice over a long period of time, and kept all our details documented which was surprising. When we decided to sell we used Michael because of his knowledge and long standing work in the area, Our only criticism is that home opens were always on Saturdays or during the week,we believe that Sunday may have lured out other potential buyers.
