Michael has been very helpful and kept us informed at all times of all details and goings on that we need to be aware of. Michael made himself available 24/7 which was very kind, but I feel not necessary. He should have some down time for himself and his family. (even though I messaged him out of hours) Sorry. I would happily recommend Michael to my friends if they are in the need for an agent.
