I found him to be an honest, clear communicator, who always called us to keep us informed of any progress, even late in the evening or on the weekends. He wasn't overly pushy or full of himself, like some agents, and he did well to manage our expectations during a very difficult time in real estate, with the banks tightening their lending criteria so that we had two sales contracts fall through. I was very impressed with his diligence and his determination. We were delighted with the service we received.
