We purchased a property through Michael, he was extremely helpful at the open house and throughout the sales process. Communication was great and we felt as though he was not only assisting the vendor but also assisting us with the sale. Was quick with getting documents ready and communication after the sale was good as we were always informed of progress and updates. Would definitely recommend selling or buying through Michael.

Michael was great, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We have now had the pleasure of dealing with Michael for a second time selling property in Bannockburn. We did hesitate to engage Michael’s services again after his exceptional service we received in the past. Michael achieved a price beyond our expectations.

I had two agents come in originally to discuss sale strategies. I felt more comfortable with Michael, with his thorough knowledge of the Bannockburn market. My property was on the market for just one week before selling and i received full asking price. He was always available and i would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about selling to contact Michael.

Michael was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of selling our property. His openness and communication skills remained at the forefront of his practice. Our family trusted that Michael was working with our best interest in mind, to negotiate a suitable outcome for both us and the buyer. Highly recommend.

Michael is very professional, honest and easy to talk with. Very helpful and has a great attitude, we will high recommend Michael for any services required with selling or buying a property

Michael has been great to deal with throughout the whole purchasing process Forth coming with information requested and communication lines were always open

Once we expressed our intention to be a genuine buyer the response was professional. Communication was easy, attention to detail well done. Confidence in the process made our relocation relaxed and generally very positive. Great effort by Micheal to facilitate our purchase. Thanks

Michael has great communication and nothing is to hard for him. Always available to answer any queries or concerns.

I would highly recommend Michael if you are considering selling you property with an agent that you can trust and like to be kept informed on all aspects of the process. With Michael our house was placed on the market and within 6 days an offer was received and with Michael's great negotiating skills, we accomplished a sale price that we were overwhelmed with. Thank-you Michael for your professional, friendly manner and with a fresh approach to the selling process that definitely worked for us, keep up the great work!!!
