Michael was the agent when I bought the property and then agent I used to sell the property (its under settlement). He has known who I was and has always responded courteously and promptly to any questions that I have had and has been easy to deal with. I have used Cayzer as the rental agents, prior to selling the property, and they too have been very effective and I was very pleased with this service. Together both sides of Cayzer worked effortlessly on my part for both renting and the sale. Michael was a clear and effective auctioneer and was happy with this option as well as the follow up negotiation. Michael is well respected in the South Melbourne area, with varied locals knowing him through community participation, and has been operating there for a long time. Michael and Cayzer team recently looked after the sale of our family home.
