I found Michael approachable, knowledgable, honest and upfront. Communication was very good and he kept me informed after each open for inspections. After much research and interviews with 3-4 real estate agents, I decided on the local agent, and achieved a very good result. His commission rate was reasonable- mid range. I felt he negotiated well with the buyer and my family told me he has a very good auction style.
