I can’t recommend Michael and Cristina highly enough. I needed to sell my mothers flat to pay for her nursing home, and quickly. Being a full time teacher at an intense school, it was an extremely stressful time. Michael and Cristina organised two quotes for me to clear the place, paint the walls, replace the carpet and bring in a styalist. They also organised a conveyancer as my one dropped out because it was ‘too hard’. This was done super fast, as they were always available during times that worked for me. Everything was done efficiently, and no question was too idiotic for them to answer. All their advice was excellent, and they were extremely tactical in everything they did. I got an excellent price for the flat and now my mum can afford an excellent nursing home. They are both a lovely and talented team that will work hard for you.
