Michael was exceptional - what was notable was the level of communication he had with me. Letting me know when inspections were scheduled, texting/calling after the inspection to inform me of how it went, following up on anything needed from me, etc - he was keeping me updated every step of the way, and at no point did I have to follow him up for anything. It may seem trivial to some but this makes the process of selling a property infinitely easier and less stressful. Can't recommend enough!
