I use this title because what I have experienced has been very different from other reviews. I wonder if that is because the market has grown significantly over the last few years, and Michael no longer takes care of the sales himself that much. Original, I have three properties that I plan to have Michael sell. Imagine that is the easiest and laziest arrangement for me. However, I have to say that after I sold my first one, I decided never to get Michael to help anymore because he is the worst agent I have run into so far. The main problem is that he doesn't care to communicate and doesn't have ownership. One of the many solid examples was that he missed the selling point of our property. He sent us all the professional photos and advertisement drafts without looking at them. Those photos totally missed the selling point to shoot a dining table, while the whole selling point of the apartment is the view. We ended up having to draft him the theme of the advertisement and send him sample photos. Then, he admitted that he had not checked those photos nor communicated to the cameraman. This is just one of the many examples to show his lack of ownership and professionalism during the whole process, without mentioning how he ignores to understand our preferences/voices throughout the entire process. If you have a choice, why take a chance? why don't you find a better agent who really cares and communicates?

Michael made the experience of selling my apartment so simple. He’s extremely hands on, kept me up to date with updates and regular communications along the way. He obviously has a lot of experience in the market and it’s shows with sound professional advice.
