Michael sold my house I found his knowledge of real estate to be first class he was very thorough and his follow up to myself and perspective buyer faultless, when we had openings he was always there early. Excellent through out the sale of our house in communication negotiations price ,what can I say but number one salesman

This was my family home where I grew up as a child and when my parents passed away I bought the house from my siblings and rented it to my son. Unfortunately, things did not turn out as planned and the house became neglected and the rent not paid. In January this year, I could not financially sustain keeping the house and decided to sell. Michael was the Harcourt's contact and from the very first minute of our contact over the phone, I knew I had chosen the right person. Michael was able to arrange meetings with me when I was in Adelaide on weekends to discuss the property sale and what was required to place the house on the market. I currently live in Perth so only travelled twice to Adelaide during the sale preparation; the remainder of our contact was via email and phone. It is very difficult to prepare a house for sale from interstate and Michael assisted me on many occasions, at times going above and beyond what any other agent would have done. Michael was also aware of the time difference and took late night calls from me when I returned home from working late in the office. The sensitive issue of my son still being in the property while it was on the market was handled by Michael in a professional, discrete and honest manner. Great salesman. Easy to work with in a stressfull time. Would of given overall 5 out of 5 but i believe the harcourts salesman fees are too high. Michael did a terrific job selling our property
