This sale was not your average sale, with access issues related to the incumbent tenant and the need to sell with the tenant in place on a lease with some months left to run. Michael (and Pru) were patient and persistent and advised on an approach to the sale that resulted in the sale occurring more rapidly than anticipated while maintaining a good sale price and relationships with all parties including the tenant untarnished.
