This sale was not your average sale, with access issues related to the incumbent tenant and the need to sell with the tenant in place on a lease with some months left to run. Michael (and Pru) were patient and persistent and advised on an approach to the sale that resulted in the sale occurring more rapidly than anticipated while maintaining a good sale price and relationships with all parties including the tenant untarnished. Very happy to have been able to rely on the team and know that everything was taken care of and progressing with minimal involvement from myself. The team communicated frequently throughout the process and I was never in any doubt regarding what was happening and how best to proceed. They are also both lovely people which makes dealing with Micheal and Pry a pleasure. Highly recommended.
