All good and a nice guy

As a first-time purchaser in the Orange area (coming from Sydney), Michael readilly shared his great knowledge of the Orange real estate market and was able to help me settle on which area to buy in. He also went above and beyond the call of duty when he bid on my behalf at the auction, which I was unable to attend (keeing me well informed, calm and level-headed on the phone). As I was new to the area, Michael and his wonderful team continued to support me after my purchase, with advice in matters of proposed alterations and planning. We highly recommend Michael Wright after our experiences. Our house was put on the market at the worst possible time - middle of winter and during a 5 month period where record rainfalls fell. Nearly every open house day was cold/wet and horrible. During this time Michael turned out for every open house and made sure the place was at it best.
