We highly recommend Michael Wright after our experiences. Our house was put on the market at the worst possible time - middle of winter and during a 5 month period where record rainfalls fell. Nearly every open house day was cold/wet and horrible. During this time Michael turned out for every open house and made sure the place was at it best. This is our first home and Michael helped us along and gave us information and all the steps we needed to take. He often touched base with us throughout the cooling off period and was very organised when sorting out renovations prior to settlement.

After first meeting Michael when we wandered into an open house one Saturday, it was very quickly apparent that I had come across an agent who was no joker. Being from out of the region and having limited knowledge of the Orange community I found Michael's extensive local experience to be more than helpful. Not only did Michael come to the party several times out of hours to accommodate my schedule when I traveled to town, he also confidently recommended local sub contractors (with contact details) to assist me with carrying out a few fix up jobs around the new property and went over and above to negotiate terms with the seller to simplify and speed up the buying process. Michael's summation of the local neighborhood, market value increase and rental income return has proven to be very accurate and his no fuss way of doing business was very easy to deal with. Even on the first day that we met Michael (the Saturday open house) his energy and drive to find the perfect house for us was apparent to the point that he rang us much later that same afternoon before we headed back home to privately show us another residence that he thought we may be interested in. I cannot fault Michael's dedication to his work and his excellent customer service. I would highly recommend his services.
