I was in the market for over 12 months and Michelle was persistent in scanning the market until I found the property that suited me as a buyer. She was not pushy and listened to what I was looking for. In the end she found me a property that was not even her direct listing. Michelle is a fair price operator also and takes time to show previous sales but also tells you as it is. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Michelle herself was fine as an agent but the Contracts do not reflect if appliances in the home you are purchasing are in working order at the time of purchase. I feel agents tend to look after the Vendor but not necessarily the buyer. However we have no complaints about Michelle herself.
