Michelle is very friendly and makes you feel relaxed as you go through the process, while asking a million questions. We never felt like we were put under pressure, changing our whole experience. The follow up messages/calls to even make sure we moved in okay, while she was away was above and beyond. If we ever leave our beautiful new house, I know who we’ll be calling.
