We tried to ignore this request, but it has been sent 4 times, so here it is. Firstly, Michelle was lovely and easy to deal with. However, we believe that there were several moments where Michelle clearly let us down. Initially, Michelle left out of the contract key parts about council approvals that she knew needed to be gained. This is most certainly our responsibility to make sure they are in, however, Michelle stated that they would be written in and then they were not. Thankfully, we have a great lawyer. Michelle also wrote the contract in the opposite spacing of time that we wished. We clearly explained that with Christmas coming up, we wanted an extended time to ensure finance (45 days), then a standard or short settlement after that. Michelle gave us a standard 21 days for finance and put the 45 days after that. Due to this, we had to ask for an extension to get the finance (due to all the bank holidays over Christmas) and then could not move in until the end of Feb. This really disappointed us. Michelle knew our wishes and did not convey them. We do not trust her. When we called on a few occasions, Michelle was flippant about responding to our concerns (council), and only when pushed, which we did not wish to do, did she respond. Additionally, the vendor did not disclose several very important points about the building and systems (ie septic), or more to the point, the information given was very incorrect. We understand this is not entirely Michelle's concern, however, it only adds to our belief that actions were not in good faith Finally, when I went to pick the keys up, the front office called up stairs to see if Michelle would pop down to give them to us. She didn't, she was busy I was told. Neither did she email or call to say she was sorry, but hey, thanks for the (cash) sale and hope you have a great time in the house! Nothing. Personally, I felt this was extremely rude and we are deliberately not using PMM to purchase our investment property.

Very pleasant agent to deal with. However, one question regarding windows on the day of handover was not responded to. Otherwise, Michelle handled the sale professionally.
