Michelle was conscientious, friendly and helpful during the buying process. While accepting she was acting on behalf of the vendors, I feel she worked hard to establish common ground, answer any questions I had and help the process along. I felt I could trust Michelle and that she showed integrity throughout. I would like to have seen more proactive contact from Michelle after the initial negotiations broke down to explore opportunities to re-establish discussion with the vendors. I was not informed that the property had been re-advertised at a lower price and that another offer had been made until I personally contacted PMM. Too many PMM staff and managers were involved in discussions and negotiations which was confusing and frustrating for me. I felt like I was being passed from one person to another and each had a different view of the situation. I value building a relationship with one person when buying or selling property and had both phone and face to face conversations with at least 4 PMM people who presented themselves as acting on behalf of the vendors. I don't believe this is good practice or good client service.

Selling a property is a very stressful thing. I was experiencing a lot of personal issues besides selling my property. Michelle was not only extremely professional, but also very sympathetic and kind in all of her dealings with me. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she never made me feel uncomfortable about calling her or asking for advice. I am really glad Michelle was my agent, and I came away feeling like I had made a friend.
