michelle was very professional and a very good communicator. she was very persistent and patient as we took a long time to prepare the house for sale, but always stayed in touch while other agents gave up as time dwindled on. She obtained the best possible sale price even though we were not flooded with buyers , but you need only one keen buyer. On our first inspection of our home to be, Michelle told us she was there to sell the property! We had been looking to buy for about two months and got used to the games agents played.. but Michelle was different as she was very black and white and most importantly she was transparent! We bought the property the first day we saw it and Michelle meet us at the property twice that day (morning and night) so we could make a confident decision.
