My experience with Michelle has been more than wonderful. I never realised that I would met a real estate agent with a feeling as well as the time to listen genuinely to their customer. I understand property business is about to make a profit in the end, but Michelle has take it a notch more than all other agents that I have been dealing with. My advice is give her a chance, make an appointment with her, sit down and listen to her yourself. If you find her not as per your standard you can always walk away nothing to pay, but say what I mentioned is correct you just save yourself time and frustration in dealing with property transaction which I think is one of the complex and tricky thing to do these days.
