I have been a part of the Albury/Wodonga community since 1991. Raising and educating my two boys here where they represented the local area in their sporting ventures. Over this period I've been invested in the local business community as an owner operator for many years, and also held management positions in retail. In 2005 I made the move across to the Real Estate industry and absolutely loved it! For me it's personally rewarding to get the best results for my clients, and over the 8 years I spent in the industry I excelled as a skilled communicator and negotiator receiving many Real Estate Industry recognition awards for top level performance and many referrals through happy clients that I'd assisted. After a small break out of the industry, I'm excited and passionate to be back doing something I love, and with the backing and support of Terry Hill and the team at Professionals I look forward to catching up with all my old clients and assisting new clients with everything Real Estate.

Terrific Agent!

When I decided to put my house on the market I spoke to a number of agents however, after my first meeting with Michelle I was convinced she was the best person for the job. She was easy to talk to and up front and realistic with her advice. Michelle was happy to meet with me after hours at a location that best suited me. She worked tirelessly to promote my property and always kept in touch with me on a weekly basis. I highly recommend Michelle Brown to anyone selling property.

From fair to better to the best!

Some estate agents are fair to muddlin, and then there are those who are better. But at last we found THE BEST! Why? This person walked the walk and could talk the talk. We were dignified by being HEARD. We complained about past experiences with agents and the way we were treated by some. She HEARD and understood completely. It was obvious she was in it not only for herself, but in it for us. We received the price we KNEW the property was worth because the agent could talk the talk and never intimidated us into dropping our price. She 'talked' FOR us and never against us as if in favour of the buyer. We felt respected as she clearly understood her role not as a 'mediator' but more like our employee. She respected the fact that a 'home' is a person's LIFE and not just a 'business' transaction to be coldly performed, so as to move on to the next. She is honest and stands by her word. A pleasure to deal with as she speaks in a clear firm manner and everybody she deals with understands exactly what is to be expected. No wishy washy performance. Michelle sold a home for another person we knew in the same street and they also spoke highly of her to us. She also handled another property for us and was excellent. Out of 1 to 10 we rate her a 10.
