Michelle Huang

Michelle was very helpful and did a great job on our apartment selling. The result was very satisfying and I have bought and sold with her for more than seven years now. Will continue to work with her definitely!

I highly recommend engaging Michelle Huang for all your property selling requirements. She truly listened and respected my request to only forward me offers that met my minimum criteria. Michelle proved to be an outstanding negotiator, securing a buyer at a price that exceeded all expectations given the challenging market. If you are looking to sell and want an agent who communicates effectively and can deliver incredible results, look no further than Michelle Huang.

Michelle Huang is by far the most reliable agent we have ever dealt with. We are extremely grateful for her assistance. She helped us achieve an excellent sale price within just one week, even in this challenging market. Whenever my family and friends are looking to sell their property, I will recommend Michelle to them without hesitation. I want them to get the same great results that we did. If you are thinking of selling, do yourself a favour and give this fantastic agent a call.

Nothing was too hard for her to accommodate. As an agent of 22 years, it was interesting being on the other side for the 1st in a few years. She is very familiar and knowledgeable with her inner city marketplace which you need to be in our industry. Too many agents are in it for the wrong reasons and dont understand what their actual job description is, which she’s certainly not the case for her. Great work Michelle, i highly recommend her for inner city apartments!

Michelle listens! She was quick to get things moving for us. Always available when we called Very knowledgeable about the surrounding market and the property so able to answer our questions. Happy to make our wishes as the buyer come true and she even acknowledged us with a gift. Thank you Michelle 🙏

We cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. We rarely come across an agent who is this dedicated and pays such close attention to detail. If you want your property sold quickly and for the best possible price, do yourself a favour and give her a call directly. She is an outstanding agent who delivers amazing results.
