I recently bought an apartment through Michelle Huang, Ray White Holland Park. From time of initial inspection to settlement, Michelle was always professional and punctual. She supplied the relevant information in a timely manner and recommended the appropriate steps to purchase. Michelle streamlined the sale by making it paperless with DocuSign, which made the whole process more convenient, secure and faster, without the fuss of unnecessary appointments.

Michelle keeps you in the loop constantly as to the progress of your sale and she brings great professionalism to her role as your Agent.

Michelle sold our second property in Brisbane . She is very knowledgeable & professional. Always available when needed. We highly recommend Michelle.

Michelle was an excellent agent from start to finish. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't 100% confident entering the big world of real estate but Michelle made sure I understood the process and was always available to answer any questions I had. She was always calm and kept me updated throughout the buying process. Thanks again Michelle!

Michelle is a great agent who arranged an inspection quickly for us, fitting us in at the last minute. She was knowledgeable about the complex we purchased in and made us feel very confident about our offer to purchase. She was quick to respond to all text messages and phone calls and emails. She liaised between our lawyers lawyers to assist with a quicker settlement, which was very appreciated. Thanks Michelle for helping us buy our lovely new home!

Michelle has been marketing units in the building where we owned an apartment since it was built. She is very knowledgeable and competent. We would certainly use her again if selling a property a Brisbane and we recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a property in Brisbane.

Excellent, highly recommended. Michelle told me she would go above and beyond and she did just that. Michelle worked hard to get the best price in the current market and then worked tirelessly to co-ordinate tenants moves, helping them find another property to rent to ensure the sale wen through smoothly. Which it did. There's a lot of agents that give you the sales pitch that they will work for you to get the best price but they haven't come through for me before. Michelle does what she says she will do and she will go the extra mile.

Michelle was extremely helpful during the whole process of buying an apartment. She has provided us with additional information, kept us informed about the progress, communicated frequently and answered any questions we had (and we had quite a few). Highly recommended!

Michelle is professional & helpful. She sold my property with in a week for a great price. We will use her again for our other properties.

Michelle was very professional and friendly. She answered every question I had and always responded to me very quickly and kept me updated. I would recommend Michelle

Michelle is very professional and supportive. Contact her if you would like to sell your propery at a best price

Michelle said she would go above and beyond for her client and get the best price for their property. She has lived up to this statement, i can say its not just a sales pitch. Michelle worked very hard not only to get the best price but so many other things such as helping with the insitu tenants and negotiating the intricacies of the sale.
