This is now the third property Michelle has sold for us over the years. She is always an absolute pleasure to work with and nothing is ever too much trouble. The sale of our property exceeded our expectation. We look forward to working with Michelle again in the future & would highly recommend Michelle to anyone selling a property.
From start to finish of my property sale experience, Michelle was professional and energetic. Her market knowledge is always up-to-the minute but what impressed me most was her communications skill and effort. No matter what stage we were at or what was happening with the sale, Michelle was on the phone to me or messaging me information, advice and encouragement. I could also call her any time. I approached this sale with great trepidation as I am now based interstate (WA) and my apartment was in Fortitude Valley. My worry was wasted as Michelle took care of all the details - her dedication made me feel as though I was her only client! I started with a random, unknown real estate agent and ended up with a friend as well as a sale! Thanks for everything, Michelle!
Michelle is positive, hard-working and committed. She has the best real estate brain in the country. Michelle’s communication & negotiation skills are phenomenal. Each step of the way, Michelle kept me informed, provided commercial and strategic advice where necessary, and worked relentlessly to deliver a great outcome for me and my family. We have no hesitation in recommending Michelle as a top agent who will work with your best interests in mind. I will continue to utilise her skills for all my future real estate dealings.
Michelle could always provided accurate market information and her professional advice, that to have led me making timely decision. Well done ! Michelle
Michelle helped us secure the perfect apartment for our pilgrimage into the CBD. While simultaneous sales and purchases can be stressful Michelle managed our expectations and negotiated everything we needed to feel at ease with the entire transaction. Amazing service and a lovely person to have on your team for selling/buying.
Very helpful sale agent, who answered all our questions for the purchase of our first home.
Michelle has been very patient and efficient throughout the sale of our property in Brisbane. I am impressed with her ability to source clients and close deals within limited time. We are able to achieve our expected sale result with the assistance from Michelle.
Michelle could always provide me accurate market feedback for my decision making. And also she contributed a lot, of her professional advice that could lead me to take action in a timely manner that has best served to not only me but also (I believe) to the buyer as well. She has been very considerate, doing things at the standing point of clients, I appreciated her effort that has successfully helped me completing deals.
Michelle is a very professional agent, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive; keep you updated on any progress. From a buyer's perspective, I am very happy to deal with Michelle. Definitely a seller would want in an agent.
Michelle is professional, reliable, approachable & always helpful. She was on top of communication & guided me throughout the whole way.
Im so impressed by Michelle’s knowledge of the current real estate market, thanks to her analysis and recommendation, I got my dream investment property!! Definitely will come back to her again!
Michelle did an outstanding job advising us on the sale of our property in Newstead. She keeps you informed throughout the process and there isn't a sale she doesn't know in the area. Importantly, she doesn't put you through all the sales garbage some agents will! Do yourself a favour contact Michelle when you want the best of the best!
