I am happy to describe briefly the services provided by Michelle through my very pleasant experience of her selling process as shown below. Along the selling route, there had been excellent communication between her and myself. At the very beginning, there was very detailed and professional discussion on the appropriate sale price giving her frank and honest opinion of the market. Thereafter the advertising materials (including videos and the web) were sent to me very promptly for my review, comment and approval. She organised the inspection of the house knowing very well any potential buyer s,will do similarly. She had also checked with the local council to confirm that I am the owner of the property and to ensure the title, payment of all the council, electricity, water and other bills, house and boat insurance were all in order. Within a period of two months, the potential buyers (husband and wife) expressed interest to purchase the property. To conclude, I would say that Michelle Jones is very trustworthy, highly professional, and an excellent communicator. I have no concern throughout the entire selling process. Yes, I have to pay the agent the standard agency fees laid down according to the law. The services provided are of high value and the fees are reasonable. I would recommend her company to any buying or selling services without hesitation. And I will continue to use her service if I plan to purchase another property in her region in the future when I return to live in Brisbane.
