We had met Michelle on many occasions and we have always found her to be polite, respectful and helpful. Not once did we experience her to be pushy or rude. We have looked at many homes For sale In the Donnybrook and Toorbul Region trying to find the right one. We had looked at other homes with other agents from Out of town and their service was lacking. We owned in the area but were not sure if we wanted to build on our block or sell and buy another. This year we found a home but it was for sale with an agent that was from Caboolture with a well known brand. The experience of trying to purchase through this agency was terrible. After a few weeks we gave up on it. We seen Michelle at one of her latest Open homes and unfortunately yet again it just wasn’t what we wanted. We told Michelle about the home we gave up on. Michelle encouraged us to go after the other home and brought us a buyer for our house so we could get the deal Over the line. She had the buyer on her contacts and it was sold within half and hour. Without Michelle’s hard work of finding the buyer we would have never been able to sell and repurchase the home we wanted. Michelle was all over it and communication couldn’t be faulted. She was always just a call away if we had a question. She was even communicating with us while on holidays away with her family. She had systems in place for other staff to do appointments with building and pest etc while away on holidays. She had everything covered. Stay with your local agent and don’t get another agent from Caboolture or somewhere else. They don’t have the drive, knowledge of the area and service that Michelle offers. Give her a go you won’t be disappointed with her and her team .
