There is a lot to like about Michelle, as an agent and a person. She is very knowledgeable about the Shell Cove market, and I found her advice to be very sound. She is helpful and engaging, and I would imagine buyers find her excellent to deal with as well. While I didn't quite get the price I was aiming for, this is a sign of a slowing market, although I was surprised that Michelle thought I should consider what I viewed (correctly) as an low opening offer.
