I spoke with three companies/agents before, I made my decision to go with Michelle from Belle, & the main reason I chose Michelle was she had, out of the box ideas to precent/sell my home & a real passionate hands on positive approach. The sale went well with a good campaign up front, passed over at auction, however sold with in days, for a record price in the area. I was overseas, handed Michelle my house on the 12th April(including moving my furniture out & +++), the house sold and received deposit 15th May, Great outcome. I am sure I will be buying or selling a house in the future, & will not be considering any else but Michelle from Belle, I know she has my interests at heart.
