I would highly recommend Michelle Percival for her knowledge and experience in real estate. Michelle displayed initiative & passion from the very first zoom meeting which we had in late July 2020. From the very beginning she worked very hard and tenaciously to get an excellent outcome for us. She was respectful and sensitive to our needs and appeared to work just as well with clients. She kept us informed of open house progress and her excellent follow up with potential buyers. The sale went very smoothly and quickly thanks to Michelle’s professionalism and hard work.
