All of the above. EXCELLENT knowledge of the market and the following up was so good that around 5 people wanted the Unit and the selling price was above our expectations. We found Michelle good to deal with. She is a lovely person and we only had positive interactions with her. we would just like to note that we were told the negotiated price after the sale fell through with previous owners. We didnt get the chance to negotiate what price we wanted. But all in all, its a beautiful property and we are extremely satisfied. Thanks to the team at Percival for there assistance.
