My husband and i attended several open houses in Port Macquarie (unknown to Michelle) with the specific purpose of finding an agent to sell our holiday apartment. Michelle and her team impressed us above everyone else so much with her professional and organised approach. Her knowledge of the property's she was representing and the Port Macquarie area was extensive and her manner was extremely friendly and approachable, she came across very genuine. Without a doubt we decided we wanted Michelle to sell our property and she did not disappoint. Being residents of Sydney the whole process would have been daunting and difficult to manage but Michelle stepped in and was able to provide all the trades to spruce the place up, she organised the quotes and booked the jobs, organised furniture removals...all at very reasonable rates and finished with furniture hire for staging. Not only that Michelle achieved a benchmark price in our apartment block. All along the way Michelle kept us well informed and we felt we could trust and rely on her advice. We cannot recommend Michelle and her team highly enough. Thanks Michelle.
