We (my wife & I) met Michelle at an open house on the Friday, we spoke again on Friday afternoon and we met again at the open house on the Saturday. By Saturday evening we had a verbal acceptance of our offer. We spoke several times over the ensuing days and we had exchanged contracts by the Friday. ONE WEEK from first viewing. In all meetings and phone calls Michelle was matter of fact and informative. She made us feel like we were best friends. Never did we feel pressured or suspect any misrepresentation. She knew her job very well and conveyed confidence that made us feelvery comfortable.
