Michelle is a lovely, kind and genuinely warm lady who will look after you very well, either selling or buying as we were! I think she would literally give you the shirt off her back. We so enjoyed our chats on the phone from our home in Tasmania and she was always very professional and do reliable but it was also like speaking with a friend. She always got back to us and was very helpful with information that we required, or explaining anything we didn’t understand, buying into an over 55s lifestyle resort.
