Michelle and her team made buying our first family home together such a seamless experience, after going to many many open homes we got to know each other very well and they made us feel so welcome and listened to. They would call and check in on us when the market was quiet and let us know when there was something they thought we would like coming up. Michelle is straight down the line from the get go, which we appreciated. Her team are also fantastic, and their process is extremely efficient and informative the entire way through the sales process. There was always someone to pick up the phone if we had a question. We got a fantastic result and Michelle’s negotiating got us a decent chunk over the top of the range, which we were not expecting in this market!

You are never left guessing who has visited your property, what they are doing, how an open went, communication is a real strength and was appreciated. They are a focused and well oiled machine. From guidance on how to present your property, buyers that are coming through, feedback on market conditions and how they may impact your sale. They are honest and well organised. Market conditions are outside their control of course so we got a lower price than we would have liked but they sold the property in a timely fashion which was appreciated. Highly Recommended.
