I recently got through the very traumatic process of selling a home which we had resided in for 35 years. There was a lot involved for me to get it ready for sale as well as the packing up, Removalists etc after sale, which was a huge job for a solo occupant. I know I would probably not have got through any of the stages without having Michelle as the agent. As well as having an easy going, warm personality, Michelle was always encouraging and positive and ready to have a laugh at all the crazy things that seem to happen when you are in this situation. We bought our most recent property through Michelle - what a one in a million. We had been searching for the right property for over 6 months and had contact with most of the local agents. With the frantic nature of the current market, many agents we had contact with appeared to have a 'it'll sell so why make an effort' type attitude. It couldn't have been more different with Michelle. Her communication and relationship skills are exceptional, she listens and displays a genuine interest in you as a buyer. It was clear to us that she was also going above and beyond for the vendor. In our case, the vendor didn't live locally so Michelle was hands on at every stage of the sale, event to the extent of shifting rubbish, doing weeding and co-ordinating trades to complete work that was agreed under the contract. Michelle is clearly an agent who doesn't just focus on the sale in hand, but in building a long term relationship with both vendor and buyer - if we sell she'll be the first person we call.

Michelle's many years of local knowledge of our rural home properties and her clever research of buyers looking but still not purchased got my sale done. Her optimistic charms and fine memory of off-market properties achieved for me the surprised sale in December 2020. I could have advertised for more offers but decided to be guided by Michelle's good advice.
