We found Michelle to be helpful, efficient and professional.

Michelle's market knowledge was great, professionalism was top notch and market knowledge was second to none. She took care of everything as I am based in Sydney. Property was only on the market for less than a week before sale at a price above my expectation. Definitely recommend to any potential sellers.

Selling a property is a daunting undertaking but the support I received from Michelle and the team at Marando Real Estate made the process all that more easy. Michelle was professional at all times and just really easy to get along with. I would recommend Michelle and the team at Marando Real Estate without hesitation.

Michelle and her Team works very hard for the benefit of the client. Very professional, polite and prompt service. I have used their services for both Sales and Property Management. Excellent services at very reasonable rates. Have been using their services for the last 15 years.

As soon as we met with Michelle Vo she imbued me with her enthusiasm for finding two investment properties for my family. She went above and beyond her normal duties as an agent to assist us in the complete purchase transactions. We carried out all her suggestions and recommendations for the leasing and management of our investment properties which has been hassle free. We believe Michelle Vo’s suggestions greatly benefited in purchasing our investment properties with her extensive property knowledge. I would be incredibly happy to recommend anyone I know to Michelle Vo as their experienced real estate agent in purchasing, selling and property management. Very happy with the experience thanks to Michelle. I highly recommend Michelle and her team. No surprises and a pleasing result for all thanks to Michelle's communication and negotiation skills. All went very smoothly and as planned.

Michelle is a friendly, professional and hard-working agent. She has a lovely caring communication style and always responds promptly to your enquiries. The selling process was smooth and stress-free due to Michelle's meticulous attention to detail that helped secure a sale within a couple of weeks! Highly recommend.

We have had a fantastic experience with Michelle. We switched agents after having a bad experience with a previous company. From the beginning her communication was amazing (which was important for us as we are interstate) she was professional and made the entire process incredibly easy for us. She was honestly a dream to deal with and I could not recommend her service enough.

Michelle was really easy to deal with, had every bit of information I asked for and helped me with what I didn't know, was a pleasant experience.

I have dealt Marando Real Estate Long Jetty since 2007 in all areas - property rental, property sales and more recently property purchase. A trustworthy, supportive, professional company that I will continue to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Marando for any Real Estate requirements

This is the first property that Michelle has sold for me and I would definitely use Michelle again in the future. Michelle has a great market knowledge of the local area which made it easy and convenient when listing the property. Everything was explained to me and the whole process went seamlessly. Michelle had always kept me in the loop on the sale process and provided timely updates after potential buyers inspected the property. With the covid-19 situation I was a bit worried about the sale, but Michelle still managed to get potentional buyers through to inspect the property in a safe manner. I believe that Michelle went above and beyond with this sale, which had resulted in a favourable outcome. I would highly recommend Michelle for anyone that wants to sell their property on the central coast.

We were very pleased to deal with Michelle in the purchase of our investment property. She has been very helpful and always answers the phone or returns calls promptly.
