Michelle Wegener is a professional real estate agent and worked fairly well through the process of buying my new house. The only issue I had with Michelle the she would not allow a certain Pest & Building inspector on the property which put a lot of unnecessary stress just the before un-conditional date. If anyone is using Michelle just double check if the Pest & Building contractor is not known to her so the sale will flow smoothly.

Michelle was outstanding in the service she provided in order to ensure a successful sale for our property; we were particularly impressed by the wealth of knowledge and experience Michelle possessed both locally and the market in general. She is well versed in market trends and the surrounding current and future infrastructure where my property is located at Varsity Lakes. Her communication skills were well beyond my expectation.
