Michelle is an amazing lady! I was after a quick sale at best price and Michelle absolutely delivered! But it wasn’t that easy: my property had tenants who had recently experienced serious problems: events that had happened to them, no fault of their own. I was anxious not to add to their troubles. Michelle not only looked after me, she also looked after the tenants, finding them a new rental to move to with absolutely minimum hassle. And, Michelle achieved a quick sale, good price, and satisfied us all in doing so. There were also some routine wear-and-tear repairs that were needed, and Michelle sorted it out in quick time, even dismissing tradies who weren’t delivering as she required on my behalf and finding ones who did: getting it done!
