We decided to sell our home in mango hill from outback Queensland and could not prepare the house for sale ready. She organised absolutely everything. It would not have been easy and very time consuming. She had a landscape gardener bring the yard and garden up to scratch. She organised a painter to freshen the interior. She, of her own volition, arrived a 6am in the morning during an extremely heavy downpour to check that the pool was not flooding and then contacted us for instructions on how to drain the pool. The list goes on and on. Have dealt with many agents over the years and this will be the only one I will remember for a lifetime.
