The house was immaculately presented; having inspected 21 houses before purchasing this one we had seen it all good and bad and the presentation of this property was outstanding. In terms of the offer process, Michelle made this as seamless as possible and we found out that our offer was accepted within a few hours of formally submitting it. I believe that the vendors had originally purchased from Michelle a few years earlier so she clearly builds a good rapport with her clients and it's easy to see why. All our enquiries were answered promptly and in a cheerful manner, sometimes extremely early in the morning. Our first purchase in 12 years and all in all a very good experience in a challenging market for buyers. We were given regular detailed updates throughout the inspection and offer process and continued to be in regular contact with Michelle throughout the settlement period. This was especially critical as we were interstate throughout the process and unable to travel due to border closures and lockdowns at various stages during February and March.
