Selling homes is not always smooth sailing and to date I have sold 3 without any issues. This time everything was against us - Tenants who didnt leave the property as they found it (private agreement not through an agent), purchasers who were problematic and pedantic (rightly so on some issues), C-19 (I am in NSW and couldnt get down to the property for the process)...the list goes on.
