Excellent communication between Mikes team and us. We couldn't fault anything. The house sold for more and quicker than we ever expected. Mikes professionalism and friendliness makes it feel like you are chatting with a friend. We can't thank Mike and his exceptional team enough for all their help in selling our family home.

We met with Mike, he was genuine, approachable and relaxed in his communication. His knowledge of the suburb and potential buyers meant we were able to accept an offer without the need for advertising, open homes etc. He kept us informed at all times, advised and helped with small problems, and was able to organise a trades person at short notice when needed. Mike and his team transformed what can be a stressful process into a very positive experience. We would happily list with him again.

I was able to negotiate to buy a house without it going to inspections. Mike was great , he kept in contact with me as the seller was overseas and it was a bit tricky negotiating due to time difference . They even posted us a gift in Karratha as thank you. I would have given 5/5 but after our negotiations Mike handed it over to his team and they were not so great . We paid well above the price and would have expected a much smoother process. I would still highly recommend Rize because you can see that Mike cares about growing his business and values customer service. Which is not common in this market.

Mike was great to work with when selling our home. He was knowledgeable about the market, professional throughout the process, and gave us confidence in the decisions we were making. His experience and guidance were definitely valuable during the sale. However, the communication from his admin team was very disappointing. Messages often went unanswered even though they had clearly been read, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times to get a response. This made parts of the process more frustrating than they needed to be. Overall, Mike himself was very good, but better communication from the admin side would have made the experience much smoother.
