Mike said he would sell our house and sell it he did. We werent very happy with the lack of info about certain aspects of the 'rush' job he did selling it to a cash buyer who then dropped out. We felt he handled the situation badly. Also he was never available for calls or answering questions and the agents of the seller of our new home was more helpful. So yes he sold our house, no we wouldnt endorse him or his methods.

This is the first house I've ever sold, though I've bought one and built another. My Mum and Dad's last home. As is likely easy for you to understand, selling your parents house after they have departed is not a joyous experience. Mike and his team made the whole process easy from start to finish. Pre-sale advice for novices was great. Mike's advice in general regards the whole process was invaluable. He understands his market and the needs of both buyer and seller very well and is able to communicate with clarity and empathy, which in my case was very much needed.
