This is one of many property purchases I've made with Mike, and being out of state, Mike and his team worked with me to liaise access to view the property with a representative on my behalf. Then he did the same at for our pre settlement inspection, helping make things as stress free as possible on my end. His promptness and knowledge of the market made the buying process so simple, and when there were concerns about certain conditions of the contract being completed, Mike was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat.
