Mike went above and beyond with assisting us to sell our home. It was a long stressful process but Mike was always very positive and reassuring. He kept saying to trust the process and in him. We have now sold our home couldn’t be happier.

Mike worked tirelessly to sell our house. From fine tuning the marketing on Christmas Day to organising everything for us to give us the best chance to sell. The photos and videos were top class. We followed all his suggestions, from staging to painting over feature walls. I didn’t think real estate agents put in any effort anymore after the two times (for 6 months in 2021 and another 6 months in 2022) we have tried to sell the house with a local agent. They got hardly anyone through the door and I didn’t even receive one offer. I knew I had a nice house and couldn’t understand not even getting an offer or people coming to look at it.
