If the information wasn't immediately available, it was found quickly and addressed just as fast. Punctuality: Mike was on time for every inspection. Personable: Mike is easy to talk to and straight forward. Professional: Mike clearly knows his stuff, I'll give a perfect example from my purchase just below: - Before looking at the house Mike was selling, I had actually found another property I loved. I decided to cancel my inspection of Mike's property. Mike, clearly knowing the quality of the house he was selling responded to my cancellation email with photos of the property (which I hadn't seen yet as it was an off market purchase). He didn't even try to convince me or say anything; he simply sent the photos. I re-booked the inspection and now own the house.
